Blue Cocoa are committed to providing an excellent service and aim to delight our customers by providing bespoke lollipop table centrepieces. |

Any offers we make are designed to be used individually and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. |

You will be required to pay a delivery charge at a price to be agreed at time of booking. Delivery charges will vary on size of order and location. |

We are unable to deliver to some locations. |

You are not permitted to resell any of our products. |

Some of our products may contain traces of nuts. |

All goods are subject to availability and we reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if we are unable to source sufficient stock and are unable to agree an alternative with yourselves. If we do have to cancel we will contact you by telephone and email. |

Once your display has been delivered you will become the owner of this item and it will be held at your own risk. We will not be liable for their loss or destruction. |

We accept payment by cash, cheque, bacs and paypal. |

For any order over £100.00 a non refundable deposit of 40% will be required, the balance of the invoice will payable on delivery. |

Once an order has been placed we will send a confirmation of order by email, this brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. |

For business and corporate orders at our discretion we may allow payment after delivery on orders over £500.00. |

We do not manufacture the confectionary ourselves and we cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions, choking or similar incident and no claim can be made upon us. |

| Online Purchases |

All payments made online via PayPal are made via a secure server and your details are secure. |

Returns Policy We want you to be 100% guaranteed with your purchase from Blue Cocoa UK We do our best to ensure that the products you order are despatched within 24 hours, and that the products ordered are in excellent condition when they leave our premises.

If for some reason you cancel your order and it is not our fault, we will happily refund your payment to you but we will keep 5%, as we would have incurred payment charges when the order was placed and incur charges when we issue a refund. |

With compliance to the Distance Selling Regulations (2000), you are entitled to a refund if for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you are able to return it to us in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Due to the nature of chocolate and certain sweets, it is beyond our control to be able to guarantee that the sweets will not be transported in excess heat/cold and thus we can only guarantee the condition of the sweets when they leave our premises.
